1. Where does Cineyetastic™ ship?
We ship to Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
2. When will I receive my order?
All orders are expected to be processed and then delivered approximately 7-12 business days after purchase. In case of unusual logistical problems, it may take a few additional business days. Rest assured that your order is always in good hands and delivered safely to your address.
3. My order was not shipped.
Products are usually shipped 1-2 days after payment is cleared. If this time frame has been exceeded, send us an email so we can provide you with further information.
4. My order hasn't arrived yet.
If you have not received your order, please contact us so we can check the status. This may occur with international orders due to customs regulations.
5. I'm concerned about the security of my payment information.
As all our payments are processed through the best payment gateways, you can be assured that they are completely secure. Our gateways protect you against fraud and we do not store any of your information on our servers.
6. Why has one product been shipped and the other not yet?
For logistical reasons we have several warehouses at different locations. Your products may be shipped from different warehouses depending on stock levels. This is normal, don't worry. Your other products will probably ship soon. If you have any further concerns, please email us.
7. My order is damaged.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Notify us as soon as possible and take photos of the damage so we can send you another product completely free of charge. We offer a 30 day return guarantee.
